Suite 5116 does all it can to meet your high expectations and offer services you will love. Due to the digital and/or customization nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, not unless Suite 5116 is determined to be at fault. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
SHIPPING
Item(s) will ship via UPS Standard Ground or FedEx Ground (2 - 5 day delivery depending on location) unless expedited shipping is purchased. Ground Shipping is not guaranteed. Please contact us to upgrade shipping if you are placing a rush order within the week of your event.
All guarantee policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, acts of God events, or weather delivery delays. Once package has been successfully delivered to carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier due to customer entered incorrect shipping information. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order submission.
